Terms

• You need an email address you control. Anyone who can read that inbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure.
• You must be at least 13 to use NijigenX. To view Sensitive content you must confirm that you are 18 or older.
• One person per account. Don't sign in as someone else or pretend to be them.

Please don't use NijigenX to:

• harass, threaten or bully people, or keep contacting someone who has removed you;
• send spam, scams or bulk friend requests to people you don't know;
• share anything illegal, or content that sexualises minors, promotes violence or infringes someone else's rights;
• attack, overload, scrape or try to break into the service or other people's accounts.

Channels follow the site rules at /rules. Anyone can report illegal content by emailing [email protected] with the URL.

NijigenX has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. That includes harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors and content that sexualises real people without their consent.

• Report a post, comment, member or private message from its menu. Reports go to our moderators.
• Block someone to stop seeing their posts, comments and messages right away. Blocking also lets our moderators know.
• We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms and suspend or ban the accounts responsible.

What you share stays yours. You give us permission to store and display your public channel contributions, and to deliver private messages to the people in that conversation. You're responsible for what you share, so only send photos and messages you have the right to share.

If you believe content on NijigenX infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the post URL, a link to your original work, a statement of ownership and your contact details. We aim to respond within 72 hours. The author may file a counter-notice; if they do, we forward it to you and restore the content after 10–14 business days unless you tell us you've filed a court action.

Channel moderators, staff or an automated filter may remove content that breaks channel or site rules. Accounts may be warned, restricted, suspended or banned. A suspended or banned account cannot sign in.

Moderation notices explain which rule applies, whether an automated filter was involved and how to appeal. You can appeal a content removal or channel ban once in the app. If the appeal is declined, you can use “Ask staff to review” once. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected].

We work hard to keep NijigenX fast and available, but it's provided “as is”, without guarantees of uptime or that messages will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using or being unable to use it. We may change or retire features, and we'll give reasonable notice before any change that significantly affects you.

You can stop using NijigenX at any time. To delete your account and data, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy policy.

If we update these terms, we'll change the date above; continuing to use NijigenX means you accept the new version. Questions? Write to [email protected].
